ORDER / SHIPPING
Q1: What shipping choices do you have?
/ When should I expect delivery?
A: Shipping options appear in the shopping
cart's drop down menu. Please refer to our shipping
policy.
Q2: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated by distance
and weight. Add the item(s) you need to the shopping
cart. The shopping cart will display the shipping
cost. Each time you make a change to the contents
of your shopping cart, shipping is automatically
re-calculated. Some large items such as crash
panels, bumpers or any object longer than 80”
will need to be handled by commercial trucking.
These items are quoted on an individual basis,
and you will be contacted prior to processing
the order with a total.

Q3: I just placed my order. Will it ship today?
A: Please allow 24 hours for your order
to process. Orders placed by noon Eastern Time
usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee
that an order will ship the same day it is placed.
Orders do not ship on weekends.
Q4:
How can I print an order confirmation?
A: You'll get a confirmation email when
your order is placed that you can print. You'll
also see a confirmation web page, which you can
print from your browser immediately after placing
your order.
Q5: Not all the parts came in the box!
A: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses,
so parts may come in separate boxes.
Q6:
What is your return policy?
A: Please refer to our return
policy.
Q7:
I recently returned an item, when will I receive
a refund?
A: Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to
be issued. Providing us with a “Return Authorization”
number will ensure a faster refund time. Attached
to your invoice is a Return instruction sheet.
At the bottom is a tear off shipping label that
is to be used when returning an item. Please read
the instructions carefully prior to returning.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as how
you paid, (i.e. Credit card payments will receive
credit to the same credit card used to place the
order).
Q8:
What is the difference between an authorization
and a charge?
A: When you place an order, the bank
that issued your credit card will place an authorization
of the total amount of the funds. This is how
your bank determines if the funds are available
to make the purchase. Your card is not actually
"charged" until your order ships.
