RETURN
POLICY
- No
refunds after 15 days and without your invoice.
- If
your order does NOT include the VIN, there will
be no returns or exchanges on
the parts ordered!
- No
returns on electrical, special ordered parts,
used, installed, modified, tried and accessory
parts.
- There
will be a 30% restocking fee for all returns.
- Charges
for shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Please
contact us at 888-745-2404 or email info@buygmpartsworldwide.com
for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning
any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted
without a Return Authorization Number.
- Parts
must be returned for inspection prior to any
credit being issued.
- Parts
must be returned in the original, unopened,
undamaged packaging and be accompanied by a
copy of proof of purchase invoice. All shipments
must be prepaid.
- COD
shipments will be refused.
- If
these requirements are NOT met, parts will be
either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.
- If
your order is cancelled, your credit card will
not have been charged. Thank you.
TO
PROCESS A RETURN
- Log
in and click the order status icon located on
the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click
on the order number for the item that is being
returned.
- In
the next screen, click the return button and
choose a reason for the return from the drop-down
menu.
- We
will then send you a Return Authorization number.
- Write
this number visibly on the outside of the package.
- Please
include either the original packing slip or
the item order number with the return.
- For
your protection, we recommend that you use Insured
Parcel Post.
- A
credit will be issued when we have received
the part and verified that its condition is
acceptable.
VIN

help us achieve this goal, please include
your VIN number when placing your order.

VIN
number narrows the scope of possibilities although
it does not always guarantee a match
of the part you are seeking.

If
your order does NOT include the VIN, there

other returns will be charged a 30% restocking

- Buyer
shall not be entitled to recover from the selling
dealer any consequential damages, damages to
property, damages for loss of use, loss of time,
loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental
damages.

addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability
for defects pertaining to safety or performance,
by way of "strict liability", negligence or
otherwise.

CORE RETURNS
Some
parts offered on our site have a "core charge"
applied to them. This is a refundable charge that
the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old
part is returned to us. Customers are responsible
for all shipping charges related to returning
cores to us. Remember all core returns must be
assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts,
undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Upon
receiving the core back at our facility a credit
for the full core amount will be issued. Core
charges are most often associated with starters,
generators, converters, and ecm/bcm modules. If
you have questions concerning whether or not the
part you are ordering has a "core charge" feel
free to contact Parts Specialists and they will
be able to tell you if one applies.
GM
PERFORMANCE PARTS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
- Due
to the nature and intended usage, GM Performance
Parts (except for engines and partial engines)
are sold without any express or any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
- The
entire risk as to the performance of such parts
is with the buyer.
- Should
such parts prove defective following their purchase,
the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor,
or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all
necessary servicing, repair, damage or loss
to property and consequential damage.
- Installation
of GM Performance Parts may adversely affect
the GM New Vehicle Warranty.

LIMITED
WARRANTY ON SERVICE REPLACEMENT PARTS/ACCESSORIES
General
Motors Corporation warrants that (1) for a period
of 12 months after the sale by an authorized dealer
of new replacement parts or accessories "over-the-counter,"
or (2) within 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever
first occurs, after installation thereof by a
dealer on a motor vehicle, it will repair or furnish
a replacement part for any defective or malfunctioning
part or accessory.
NOTE:
Contact your GM Dealer to verify any exceptions
to warranty coverages.
This
warranty covers only repairs or replacements made
necessary due to defects in material or workmanship.
It does not cover conditions resulting from negligence,
alteration, accident or use for which the part
or accessory was not designed or approved, loss
of use of the vehicle or other consequential damages,
or labor for removal from the vehicle and reinstallation
of a part or accessory sold "over-the-counter."
Repairs
or replacements qualifying under this warranty
will be performed by any authorized dealer within
a reasonable time following delivery of the malfunctioning
part or accessory to the dealer's place of business,
and GM will pay the authorized dealer for the
repair or replacement under the warranty.
Defective
or malfunctioning parts or accessories must be
delivered to an authorized dealer's place of business
during regular business hours for warranty repair
or replacement. The dealer must be furnished with
the purchaser's copy of the original sales slip
on counter sales, or purchaser's copy of the repair
order on dealer installations, to validate date
of purchase and vehicle milage, as applicable.
This
is the only express warranty applicable to service
replacement parts and accessories, and neither
assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it
any other obligation or liability in connection
with such parts and accessories.
The
seller, BuyGMPartsWorldwide.com, hereby expressly
disclaims all warranties, either express or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, and BuyGMPartsWorldwide.com
neither assumes nor authorizes any other person
to assume for it any liability in connection with
the sale of parts or accessories. The only warranties
which apply are those of the manufacturer.
